Window Cleaners

LEGEND TRAIL'S FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOOD WINDOW CLEANERS

Legend Trail is one of North Scottsdale’s most sought-after golf communities — rolling terrain, stunning McDowell Mountain backdrops, and homes built to take full advantage of every angle. The views from inside these homes are the whole point. Dusty, hard-water-stained windows are quietly taking that away every single day.

Lumi Window Cleaning serves Legend Trail homeowners throughout 85262 who want spotless glass without the hassle of finding a crew they can actually trust. We show up prepared, work clean, and don’t leave until every window is exactly right.

OUR SERVICES

WINDOW CLEANING

At LUMI Window Cleaning, we take window cleaning so seriously that it’s the only thing we do. No power washing, no gutter cleaning, no juggling a dozen different services—we’re 100% focused on making windows shine. Why? Because we believe that to be the best at something, you have to specialize. We’re not a “jack of all trades” kind of company—we’re the masters of crystal-clear glass, spotless tracks, and fresh, breathable screens.

So, if you want the best window cleaners in Scottsdale (not just someone with a squeegee and a side hustle), reach out to us today. We’ll handle the windows—you just enjoy the view!

WHY DO LEGEND TRAILS HOMES NEED PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANERS?

Golf course communities are hard on glass. Irrigation overspray from fairway systems leaves mineral deposits that build up over time. Desert dust accumulates fast along the 85262 corridor, especially after monsoon season. And the large-format windows common in Legend Trail homes — floor-to-ceiling glass, clerestory panels, picture windows framing the fairways — require a careful, methodical hand to clean properly.

Standard cleaning products don’t cut through mineral buildup. We use professional-grade solutions formulated specifically for Arizona hard water, paired with equipment designed to handle multi-story and large-format glass without shortcuts.

Julius was fantastic. He responded immediately to my quote request. He was able to come same day to give me an estimate. He worked with my schedule to ensure the timing worked for our family. And the attention to detail and finished results are wonderful! He also walked through a couple areas to consider for future cleaning, as well as a couple of blemishes that are unable to be cleaned that were in the seal.

I highly recommend Lumi Window Cleaning!

Lumi Window Cleaning company was highly recommended by neighbor Lauren P. We called Julius Monday, June 1st, came to our house same day , gave us a reasonable estimate, and they came Tuesday , June 2nd. Julius was professional, courteous, and personable . Julius came with Heinrich ( young lad) on time and did just the outside windows and screens ( total 14 windows ranch house).See enclosed picture. They washed all of the windows in a systematic manner and were finished in 1 1/2 hours. Exceptional quality of work, competence , and efficiency. Punctual polite young gentlemen. Our windows were "spotless" and clean. We cannot say enough about this experience, company, and results in a timely matter. I would 100 % highly recommend this local company especially in the Cave Creek area.
