WOW!!! Lumi Window Cleaning and Julius were unbelievable. The communication from booking to on site cleaning was friendly, thorough and professional. Julius was especially gracious and pointed out some broken seals on my windows and removed some difficult build up without extra charge. He checked in with me several times and walked all the windows to confirm I was satisfied. I haven't had this quality of customer service in quite some time. I highly recommend Lumi Window Cleaning........and it is true.....they are young but INCREDIBLY skilled and deliver high quality service and outcome. BRAVO LUMI!! Thank you Julius!
Beyond relieved to get to experience the must-missed excellent customer service, reliability and loyalty most businesses (people) are seemingly missing these days. Julius is one of the most impressive young entrepreneurs I've personally met and demonstrated professionalism and maturity well beyond his years. Best of all, I never thought I would ever find a replacement as good as my previous window cleaner of 6 years. I know I can have high expectations for perfection and Julius single handedly covered the whole 4400sqft house, casita and bathroom showers, glass, frames, screens and tracks in the same time frame as the previous did only windows and didna suburb job! Im still waiting to find a missed spot but none to be found with all this glass! I recommend fully to anyone who wants to be treated like a human again by "good" humans who treat well!
We live in N Scottsdale in the Troon development. Lumi provided outdoor window cleaning for us today. The young men were polite, professionally dressed and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. They indicated it was a family business and you could tell, their customer service was outstanding and the price was very fair.
